The crew is very excited to announce the opening of our new permanent indoor space – Island Board Corps Base Camp.

Our Day Road facility features indoor skate ramps where we teach weekly classes year-round for kids and adults. 

Upstairs in the loft is our in-house surf shop where we rent wetsuits and boards. 

Our downstairs lounge area offers free coffee and comfortable seating where our community can hang out and watch the skate action or view surf, skate, and snowboarding videos on our big-screen TV. We will also be offering some educational classes: Intro to Snowboarding and Surfing 101. 

Basecamp is more than the only indoor skate spot in town – it’s the headquarters of all of our activities. Here we meet to plan events, coordinate trips, educate new adventurers, and socialize for movie nights. We also offer snowboard waxing and tuning.
